Training & Development
At Explore Garments Ltd., we provide training in production, awareness, and safety. Production training enhances efficiency, while awareness training covers capacity building, HR manual, fire safety, environmental safety, and health issues. Regular training on first aid, PPE, and emergency procedures ensures employees are well-prepared. The Director/GM ensures new employees are trained in safety, quality, and production before assuming responsibilities. Existing employees receive ongoing training throughout the year.
